MY LEGAL EXPERIENCE, COMMITMENT TO JUSTICE AND COMPASSION FOR OTHERS WILL MAKE ME A FAIR JUDGE WHO WILL TREAT EVERYONE WITH RESPECT.

I began my legal career serving the City of Philadelphia as a prosecutor in 2000. Thirteen years later, I opened my private law practice, which focuses on criminal defense, immigration, and guardianships. My experience as a prosecutor and a defense attorney allows me to view cases from different perspectives and provides me with a deep understanding of the issues that impact victims, defendants, witnesses, and other participants in the court system.

At the age of twenty-one, I arrived in the United States from the former Soviet Union as a political refugee. Having grown up in a totalitarian country, I have an enormous appreciation for civil rights, due process, and the rule of law. 

My personal and professional experiences give me a unique and balanced perspective on the law and the court system. I am committed to ensuring equal access to courts for all.
